I am very excited to build a house with Ryan Homes! Lindsey has been very helpful and answers the 100 text messages I send to her! Lindsey is very knowledgable, friendly, patient and makes you feel secure with all the decisions in putting together your build with Ryan homes! I briefly met Jordan my soon to be project manager at one of my final visits. Jordan answered all my questions and made me feel that he had my best interest on my new build with Ryan Homes.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m 21 and this is my first time buying a home and I knew it was going to be stressful. However Gigi was nothing short of excellent. My experience with Ryan Homes was great. From sales agent Lindsey who went above and beyond to help me buying the house and she still keeps me posted through every step of the process. The mortgage group was also very helpful. I just met my general contractor James and he is going to take pictures of every step of the build and put them on an app for viewing. I am excited to see the pool and clubhouse finished they look amazing. I hope to be in my house in November. It is great to know there are still people who care. Doing all this from another state makes it challenging.

Great house for the price. Quality workmanship. The sales staff are wonderful!! Gayle Seeker was so helpful!! They have models of all their home styles. We were looking for single family home on 1 level with amenities. They also cut the grass!! The HOA fees are over 100 less then our current neighborhood with alot more amenities. We signed this week to start a home!!

Good subdivision to get near Wilmington but still want a feeling of being out in the country. I would strongly recommend getting flood insurance. There is a live slow moving creek close by. Interior appointments are leading edge in the industry and will hold for the foreseeable future.

If you are looking for a home in the Wilmington NC area, look no further. Ryan Homes Lakes at Riverbend is the complete package. The Lakes has it all including Location, Value, Quality, Design Layout, and Amenities. The site location is just one mile from Interstate 140 so travel time to downtown, beaches, shopping etc. is just minutes away. The only thing not to like about the site plan is that they clear cut all the trees. But during our visit we did see them planting many young trees and the plans for the amenities center are amazing. As for the homes themselves, we selected the Grand Nassau Townhome. The first floor layout is tasteful, spacious and very functional. We selected an end unit and it's easy to see ourselves enjoying the late afternoon watching sunsets from the screened covered porch. The unit has all the basics and some extras you wouldn't expect from a townhome is this price range for example, slide out shelves in the lower kitchen cabinets and a sizeable walk in attic storage space on the second floor. The primary bedroom on the first floor and the two bedrooms on the second floor are bright and airy from all the windows. We love the tile upgrade in the primary bath and with another 1/2 bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor the home is very accommodating for entertaining and having guests. We loved working with Lindsey, our Ryan Homes sales representative. She was very helpful and pleasant throughout the buying experience. The fact that she only recently relocated to the area was a plus because she could appreciate our perspective and why we were moving to the area and what we were looking for from a community. I would highly recommend contacting her and scheduling a visit soon. These townhomes are selling quick. Without exaggeration, had we not made the decision when we did we might have missed out because within 20 minutes the other Grand Nassau end unit we had our eyes on was sold. We truly feel lucky for having found the Lakes at Riverbend and for making the decision to buy.
